Story: Giles was rescued from a shelter in South Carolina. We are so happy to have him safe and sound in a foster home in the DC area now. Giles is a happy sweetie who loves people and gets along great with other dogs and puppies. He knows just how to get comfortable up on the couch with his humans, and will love to join you on walks and trots around the neighborhood. Giles is just looking for someone to be his new best furend and we know that he will repay them with endless amounts of love and tail wags. Like all dogs, Giles will need an adopter who is committed to setting him up for success by enrolling in obedience training and exercising him both mentally and physically. He will also need love, patience, and socialization in order to thrive!

What my foster says: Giles is doing well! At home he does well in the ex. pen and in the crate. Does not have an issue sleeping in the crate. Sleeps overnight for about 6 hours, which is great for a puppy! He is potty trained. He does really well outside of the home with other dogs- loves to play. Giles enjoys playing with a stuffed platypus, chewing on flat soccer balls, and for some odd reason, he loves dirty socks haha. Hasn’t damaged any furniture or household items. He’s a great puppy and his future family will be lucky to have him!

The fee to adopt Giles is $450. That covers the cost of all his vaccines, the collar he’s wearing, his transport to DC and his care in his foster home. He’s up to date on all age appropriate vaccines. Giles has been seen by a shelter vet and was given a clean bill of health.
